Tidal Tapping

  • Helen's Bay Beach Co Down BT20 5ED (map)

On Sunday the 15th of September at 11am I am hosting a “Tidal Tapping” Session at Helen’s Bay. This is a free of charge event for all those over 18+ and interested in Tapping, Cold Water Dips wether you are a beginner or have been at any of my events before.

This is a free event.  All we ask is that you register for it so that we can bring along enough tea, cups and scripts.  It is all about getting into nature, recharging the batteries, tapping away your troubles and connecting with other like minded people.

What will happen, is we will meet at bench 2 at Helen’s bay.   Bring along a yoga mat or a foldable chair if you wish to be comfortable for the tapping session.

Chamomile tea with lavender, St Johns wort and hawthorn will be served for the tapping session - if you have an allergies to any of these products, let us know and we can bring an alternative for you.

Remember the saying “there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing”.  Bring along waterproofs,  even if it is raining, we won’t melt.

Benefits of Cold Water Dipping

Better Circulation: The body's cold reaction is triggered by cold water, which increases blood flow to organs and improves circulation.

Enhanced Immune System: Antioxidant and white blood cell production are increased while submerged in cold water, hence fortifying the immune system.

Improved Sleep: The parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated by cold water, which helps people relax and have a better night's sleep.

Happiness Boost: Immersion in cold water releases endorphins, which have positive impacts on mood.

Increased Metabolism: The body uses more energy to stay warm in cold water, which causes the metabolism to speed up and burn more calories.

Better Skin: The natural exfoliation properties of cold spring water remove impurities and leave skin feeling softer.
